Conway Network is an arts organisation working to innovate arts and media. We are looking for a committed and creative marketing manager to join our team and help us achieve our long-term goals. With the launch of our new online platform ONForm that homes a variety of classes, workshops, events and one-to-ones. We are looking for somebody to help us increase our members and widen our reach. Our aim is to work collaboratively with the selected candidate to develop new and fun ideas on how to market our services.



  • Managing and coordinating marketing, publicity and promotional activities.

  • Create innovative marketing strategies to increase membership signups and widen our customer reach.

  • Scheduling social media posts and managing our platforms to grow followers and interaction.

  • Scheduling promotion emails to subscribers to our mailing list.

  • Attending regular team meetings.

  • Analyse, review and evaluate marketing strategies and all outcomes.



  • Good communicator

  • Creative with great strategic skills

  • Good budgeting skills

  • Some experience working in marketing.

  • Some knowledge and understanding of the arts industry.

  • Ability to work in a team and individually. 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills.



This is a commission only role and you will be required to work from home due to COVID-19. This may change in line with government guidelines.
